Today I was treated with utter contempt, arrogance and rudeness when I asked for a refund from this shop. I am appalled at the way I was treated. He raised his voice, threatened to have me removed and was very intimidating. I called consumer affairs from the store and was advised that I was entitled to a refund. This did not change the situation and I left very very unhappy. Very bad service, so horrendous in fact I can hardly believe they are in business.
im always happy with the customer service in this shop, we are frequent customers and shopping there is a pleasure!
