Very unhappy with Cool Change Airconditioning. They installed an indoor unit right up against louvre windows so they couldn't be opened properly, and so there was no room to hang curtains. When we asked them to come back to move it, they moved it only slightly which was still inadequate. Then, when we went to use the unit, it did not work properly. Would not hire them again.
Responding to the above ,we were instructed to install the unit as close as possible ,under construction to the corner .we were never made aware of any louvres being installed .The pipes we roughed into the stud work under construction (not recommended )are not easy to move .We extended them so full use of the louvre could be achieved .we were not told about any curtains being installed .We were not told about any fault with the unit .We guarantee our work .Even when we do not supply the unit as is the case here
.Unfortunately ,my crystal ball is broken and i cannot accept responsibility for things i have not been made aware off .
