I highly recommend Cool-Serve Pty Ltd. Luke was fantastic beyond my expectation he worked out the best position for the Daikin Air Conditioner to ensure there is less trunking, piping and wiring on the side wall and was outstanding with his workmanship and did a tremendous job. Luke and his colleague were very thorough and the attention to detail was amazing in the installation. Extremely happy with the result. Well done.
i Dont normally write reviews good or bad but the level of Service we experienced during the installation of our under floor ducted air-con system compelled me to write this review.
After receiving prices from serval local companies I decided to go with Cool-Serve, not Just for the price as there was not a lot between them. I just felt they put that extra effort in tailoring a system that suited the layout of our home. From start to finish they were very professional including the install team who went about their work in a friendly and courteous manner leaving no mess when they finished the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Just wanted to say how happy we were with the service of this company, they installed a split for us and did a great job. They were recommended by a friend and we were most surprised that they took the time to come to the Central Coast considering they are based on the North Shore but this was not a problem at all. They were friendly, efficient and their pricing was more than reasonable considering the distance they traveled. Would highly recommend - good job!
Terrible. Under no circumstances would I recommend this company.
Company demands deposit prior to booking an installation date. After paying the deposit, installation date was booked but they never showed. Received a message halfway through the day cancelling the appointment. So, I booked a second appointment, but they never started the installation.
