DROve to fannie bay to eat lunch when we were holidaying in Darwin and was surprised t find very few places to eat considering this is the suburb where you go to eat in Darwin. there were lots of options on menu - i tried one of the specials board the marinated duck salad with fennel, mandarin and greens which was lovely (duck soft and tasty), my husband tried the seafood pasta which was nice. prices weren't cheap (both nothing in darwin is), serving sizes were adequate. hot/cold coffees and smoothies were good. staff friendly. large place with plenty of tables - outside under cover or inside. sandwiches looked pretty boring (the kind you would get at a milk bar)
