Coolaroo Clinic

I visited this clinic for a pre-employment medical appointment. I was told to allow a little over one hour for the appointment. I was incredibly disappointed on the day to find that the appointment took 2.5 hours, of which time I spent 35 minutes with your nurse and 10 minutes with a doctor. The rest of the time I was left waiting in the waiting room. Whilst I understand there can be delays due to patient emergencies, the level of delay I experienced reflected a clear scheduling malfunction. I would never recommend this surgery to any one.

I use Coolaroo Clinic and go Nataliya Lishchenko I will not go to any one else she is a total professional she takes the time to listen. The clinic has always been good and helpful. Thank Nataliya for taking the time and your concern to my medical needs.

So far i have like dr Natalia, she listens and is understanding. Dr Ramsey is ok,but a little stiff. I like the fact you can book online! I saw a poster at their waiting room that mentioned it. Cool idea.

What can I say reception staff are very helpful and polite.

But I must say Dr Nataliya Lishchenko is absolutely amazing she's very thorough,very compassionate,I won't take my family for medical treatment anywhere else but to Dr Nataliya :)

I rarely give 100% for anything but I couldn't ask for anything more than the care I have received over the last two years. I have made several visits and on each occasion the doctor and staff were terrific. I have had scripts sent to me via post without needing to return to the doctor for a new script. Thorough, competent and caring - it would be mean spirited for me to give anything less than 5 out of 5.
