I have nothing but praise for the company COOLCO BURLEIGH HEADS , mind u, I mean THE BURLEIGH HEADS COMPANY. We visited another Coolco Gold Coast, this was a while back, I just didn't like anything about them, their business accumen, he came round suppose to be the head honcho, he had a choice of the side of the house or under the carport, he chose out in the rain. Very poor communication, forgot to deliver. DAIKIN split system that was delivered has not worked since day one. Currently waiting to hear back to find out when the broken unit installed will be removed and the new one installed. No doubt in my mind it will be left up to me to follow up. If I could start from the beginning would stay clear of this company completely and would seriously think about choosing a different brand of air conditioner. Absolutely the worst experience with any trade I have experienced to date did not deliver on time left waiting a whole day then no one showed up even though I called to remind them the day before to remind them, had to call their after hours service staff so they could organise for someone to get it delivered the follow day. Maybe they should take a look at their own mission statement and either re-write it or re-read it as they must have forgotten it.
