Was referred to Coolibah Plumbing through a friend, the young gentleman was very professional, friendly and on time. He told me exactly what the issue was with a fixed price which was reaonable. I would defiantly reccomend their services to my friends. Keep up the great work and thank you again.

We unfortunately accidentally drilled a hole through one of our pipes after 5pm. We called them and they quote us a call out fee which we agreed to. We explained to them the situation and said to them that we know all they has to do is cut out a peice of pipe and replace a small section of our existing pipe to fix the problem. Our Coolibah staff said is it not that simple and will require much more complex works than that and it would cost us $900 total to fix the problem. We agreed to the price as we needed it fixed. Then once all papers are signed the staff proceeded to do exactly what we said they would need to do - cut out a peice of pipe to replace the existing damaged pipe. When finished they asked for the $900. When we confronted them that we felt cheated and lied to because the work they did was not as complex as they said initially and that was the basis for charging us at such a high rate was false.
