Coolico Blinds & Curtains is a Western Australian family owned business committed to providing the best possible service to our customers.At our Coolico Blinds & Curtains premises we make curtains, sheers, pelmets and swags using fabric from Australia's most respected suppliers. All our blinds are custom made in Australia, by Australian companies.
We provide an obligation free measure and quote. We will come to your home, bring fabric samples and blind swatches, and assist with design and colour selection.
Our appointment times are flexible.

We highly recommend the coolico team, very great people, very professional service, always called us back for an update and they were never tired to help us with new ideas for our home. We have research blinds for quite a while, coolico blinds gave us straight away a very homey feeling.
If you are looking for blinds try them out you won't regret it.

Unlike the previous reviewer, we had a positive experience of Coolico who made six Roman blinds (three different rooms and colours) for us. After visiting their Fremantle store and looking at some fabrics, they sent a lady to our house with a range of samples, following which they quickly sent us a quote. The workmanship was excellent (with the striped pattern just right) and the installers did a professional job putting them up. I'd certainly use them again. The only reason I'm not giving Coolico 5 stars (I'd give 4.5 if that was possible) is that the four 'hard Romans' took a little longer than we were originally told.

Had a lady out for a measure and quote. Arrived on time which was good. When asked about a ball park cost she had no idea of even an estimate! Was told the quote would be emailed to us that afternoon, 2 weeks later still nothing. We called to find out what had happened to the quote and it had been sent to the wrong email address despite this being checked twice before the lady left our house. No apology. A follow up phone call a few days after the visit would have been nice to see if we had of received the quote rather than being in limbo.

We appreciate your feedback, It is normal practice to follow up with clients, but at the same time not to "hassle" them as we understand that they will sometimes be looking at more than one option. It can be hard to quote on the day for most jobs as we dont want to mislead or create an expectation to our client that cannot be met. We will then have to break that clients expectations by re-quoting them later with a new figure. We give the quotes to our estimator team who do this every day so they can be accurate and administratively quicker, this leads to faster installation times.
Unfortunantly these things can sometimes happen and we do apologize for this. It was purely a transposing error from writing down the email address provided. We have taken this comment on board and are reviewing our procedures for this not to happen again.
