ive always found them to be very helpful everytime I visit and they have great service and the best prices in oxenford. they even welcomed my dog inside with me :) happy customer

WOW, today was an eye opener for me. A staff member was really rude to me. Both my kids looked at me and said "That was rude mum!"

I told the managers mum about this and she told me what I said is not true - I was stunned! What happened to customer service guys. Are you now so big that you don't care about how you treat people?????
