Couldn't have been more disappointed with their service. We would have open for inspections to sell our house and would have to call them a week later for information on how it went and would have them say oh we will call the people now that walked through. In the the end we sold for 15,000 less than what we wanted because the agent put pressure on us, only to find out that the buyer and real estate agent were friends. we were told that the buyer would probably walk away they were interested in another property but found out later that the buyer had come through 6 times, was very keen and really wanted the property as a relative lived one street away. Wouldn't recommend.
Hmm I strongly disagree. Sounds like you may have been overcommitted to take that offer. Nobody would take a $15,000 shortfall unless they had to. I had the complete opposite experience they sold my property for $7,000 more than I thought possible! They were very professional and polite throughout the whole process. Maybe they spoke to your wife and it wasn't relayed back to you? Happened to me my wife she always forgot to tell me that the agents had called with an update! Thank you to Ross and the team for making what is supposed to be a stressful time a breeze!
The Team at Cooper Real Estate certainly NOT AMAZING!!! Especially the fact that the management are the rudest to deal with. When confronted with a complaint they said "This is Pathetic" "take it to the police for all I care"! And proceeded to hang up and then refused to answer the phone.
WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT EVER CONSIDER RENTING THROUGH THESE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HAVE ANY COMMUNICATION SKILLS - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - HORRENDOUS!!!
I have had the unpleasantness of dealing with these unprofessional and rude people as a business. They mistakenly pay someone else for the work I did and then I have to put up with their indifference and continue waiting for payment.
