Thanks so much to you guys for having us in your studio! You made us feel right at home and the photos are beautiful. The kids loved the casual easy going feel and you were great at making them feel at ease! The photos were more than I expected, you managed to capture all that my children are and their relationships together. Life’s so busy and they’re not often together, and it brought tears to my eyes to see what you captured…It was a precious experience for all of them.I will treasure the photos for the rest of my life, I can’t wait to share them with our friends and family! Greatly Appreciated!
Very expensive and not affordable at all.
I asked few times for the list price before making an appointment and they hesitate to provide any quote. Nicole was keep saying we have a full rang of prices that suits all family!!!
than after shooting she provides us with crazy quote:
$250 for photo shoot and 400 for only a digital copy( no print) of one family photo without any editing!!!!
$275 per photo for printing over 16 without any digital copy.
these prices not family friendly at all. probably you can find much better prices at other studios if they are very kind to provide a quote before making an appointment.

Hi Mona, as you know we've made numerous attempts to contact you to discuss your concerns, and I can only conclude you're unwilling to find a solution. As such I feel I need to set the record straight: For starters, $275 is the maximum price we charge for a desktop print, certainly not the price each for 16. We charge more for some digital products because of their high utility - they are reproduction quality and allow you to make multiple copies at a high standard. The digital image you received was most definitely retouched (the fact that you canâ??t tell is a testament to Nicoleâ??s retouching skill). Our records show that you were told our starting price on the phone before booking your appointment. Sample prices are also available on our website (http://www.cooperstudio.com.au/quality-artwork/), and customers are welcome to call us at any time for clarification. I am personally available on the rare occasions where customers have any enduring concerns.
I had shoot this week with Cooper Studio and it was just magical. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with a smile and from there it just was a pleasure and I had an absolute ball. The make up artist was wonderful she did beautiful make up and hair. I then was offered and enjoyed a delicious coffee and I looooooooove my coffee.

I would like to say thanks from the bottom of my heart to the cooper studio team, for the lovely photos and the generosity. Cooper studio manage to produce my photos before Christmas with a very short notice. It has not gone unnoticed, it is nice to know that there are still genuine people around.
