Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Highly abusive staff. Particularly Wanda. I couldn't make an appointment because my mother died and they rescheduled without asking when it was convenient for me. The appointment fell on her funeral and when I said I couldn't make it, they threatened me by saying I wouldn't have my script extended. I had no medication left and so I felt like a hostage. I was forced to go to the appointment and I ended up missing part of the funeral. How un-Australian! How insensitive! How inhumane! Shame on you!
I'm sick of the staff doing things like that its disgusting the way they treat us its really unbelievable they can do this we're not animal's
