Absoltutley disgraceful I can't even call it service. Dropped my car off to be assessed by GIO the following day and was told they would let me know once it had been assessed and I never received as call. After ringing them every few days with no reponse I went and picked it up to find it was the exact same spot as where I had parked it a week earlier. So much more I could write. No communication, no care factor, no customer service. Would definately not recommend

I would highly recommend this business. I had a smash right on the day they were closing for Christmas, my car had a lot of damage. After 9 days of coopers re opening my car was ready to go. Gary and the rest of the team here were very friendly and professional. They have done a fantastic job on fixing my car and it looks terrific!

They dropped the ball on my car, panel fit was poor, customer service was poor, parts damaged during install. Insurer took action to have faults fixed. Overall a disappointing experience after some very positive feedback by word of mouth. I expected so much better.

Someone smashed into my parked Holden Kingswood (1970 model) and I was devastated. Coopers Smash Repairs did a great job of panel beating. I couldn't believe it. I thought my car was a write off and I was so upset. These guys really helped me out!
