Cope Sensitive Freight

If I could give zero stsars I would. The "manager" I have spoken to regarding the weeks late delivery of a washing machine has an abissmal attitude and should be immediately fired. Cope Melbourne is the poorest excuse of a transport company I've yet to deal with - just pathetic customer service.

While the drivers are nice and seem to try and do a good job, the office staff at Cope Melbourne is just dismal. Absolutely no concept of customer service. They don't return phone calls and miss their promised delivery dates all the times.
