Unbelievably rude staff getting agro at me, while smoking a ciggerette, screaming at me because i put metal in the wrong place.

We hired two skips ($750 each) from Bayside Skips (Copper Rock) and as a result of no communication from them at the time of booking nor the delivery they damaged our brand new driveway irreparably. I approached the company to try and find some resolution even if some small refund. I had to chase them over ten times to get any sort of response and in the end they refused to make any sort of compensation. The skips were old and the rollers that are supposed to safely roll along the drive were locked in place and scraped instead. I would not be recommending this organisation to anyone.

Atrocious customer service, threatening and bullying behaviour from staff, poor signage and unclear information on linkage to the Bayside City council.
