Cordony Hair

I have been to Cordonny's many times - everytime the haridresser leaves. Same thing this time- with a badky painful broken wridt I went and asked for my hair washed - dried- and put into a plait (braided) - a girl did it nicely so I ring to get it done again & I'm told she no longer works there - I decide to go back anyway & it was the WORST exoerience. The giirl said her mother had same type of hair as mine- thick frizzy & long. So- I trusted her- BIG - HUGE MISTAKE. Not only was it a horrible experience while in pain - I wake the next day to discover my hair is still wet and full of knots. I had hunks falling out- HUNKS of hair & it was frizzy & wet and a mess- I paid $65 for this & rang them- LESS THAN 20 HOURS LATER and the reply was --- "AND "! - I said - "and I thouught you'd want to know it was a really bad job "- I GOT SILENCE as ny reply- so I said thank you- bye and hung up. they had my phone number - I had to give it for booking - but zero help. I attend the AACTA awards every year and get my hair done at cordonys.the last time I went, I notified them that I needed to be done by a certain time so I booked early. Wrong decision. I was forced to wait an hour after my appointment time had come up and then the colourist was so slow! Haven't been back since.

Nothing like being able to get your hair done mid shopping trip. These girls made me feel welcome on entry and fabulous on exit.

I felt pampered from the moment I walked in the door - From the personal tray with teapot & bikkies to the amazing head massage at the basin. I loved my new hairstyle so much I have convinced my two daughters to go as well!

I've been going to Cordony for the past two years. Love the vibe there and the tea! I haven't had a bad style or colour yet, which is great after so long. Quite often stylists become complacent. You should definitely try them out!
