The workers at this store are really friendly and take care if you well when you're at the salon. Unfortunately they weren't really good with the colour though. I came in with light blonde hair asking to lighten my (really long, dark blonde) roots so it would begin to look a little more like balayage. I particularly chose them for the fact that they have Olaplex too.
The girls said they get a lot of customers that want this. So I was pretty confident. The colour of the blonde that I had looked good since it got toned and they said not to worry about the roots looking a little too dark because it will "soften" as I wash my hair.

Excellent haircut! $15 for a male cut was a bargain for the great quality, products and service.
