Core is a fantastic club! Staff are very helpful and motivating. The club has a huge range of equipment including a cross training studio which has added a lot of variety to my work out. I tried out the new salt rooms they have recently installed which were beautiful and relaxing. Not to mention they have a hydrotherapy pool! Very happy customer!
I advised them that I was injured & needed to suspend my membership for 3 months, I asked them to notify me before removing the suspension to see if I was fit to train again, they didn't they just started taking money out again so I called them explaining this they showed no compassion, so I cancelled my membership then they took another months payment out knowing that I am injured and can not use the facility. They said I was welcome to use it for the month that they charged me in advance.
