Been there twice.

The nuggets came out burnt, both times I was there.

All 4 kids meals I ordered came out in 5 min intervals?? So after almost 20 mins I went and asked for the last one. My quiche was still frozen in the centre, I returned it so they could re-put it in the microwave and it took them 8 mins to return it back to me.

The chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Toilets are old and tied. Place isn't as clean as you'd expect in a child paly centre, food is stuck/stained on there carpet.

Staff are a bit hard to get there attention.

$14.90 each kid 2yr-12yr is a bit pricy BUT the $4.90 for adults?? for what?? to supervise our kids?? No thanks, I've discovered other place, they don't charge adults and are $20 cheaper than you, for all my 4 kids.

Great place! I took my kids for a play and they loved it, as did I! There is a large play area for the kids, a fabulous cafe with a wide variety of foods and drinks, friendly staff, free wifi and the prices are affordable !! I had my daughters 5th birthday there and it was one of the best! The party included a party host who was great with the kids. The place is clean overall for a children's play centre! great place to take the kids!!

We've been to a few kids' playhouses, this is the best of them. Large play area with lots for kids of all ages to do (though more suited to 2-8 year olds), not noisy, friendly competent staff & quick food and drink service. They do parties with food (including a free entry for each guest's next visit!), the half a star I took off is partly because they waste a HECK of a lot of food, not really responsible in serving sizes.
Well worth a visit, go early on weekends/holidays because it does get busy.
