Cornerstone Ale House

Four of us went to the Cornerstone last night 29/3/17 and were less than happy. The barramundi was overlooked and hard around the edges the scotch fillet was tough and the risotto was bland. The pear and macadamia was lovely. Not a very good score I think with only a quarter of the meals satisfactory. One lady asked for ice for her drink and the waiter tossed his head as though this was an unreasonable request. We waited to give our order for dessert an awfully long time and even longer for it to arrive. The desserts were fine though. While we finished our meal the staff were packing up the tables and chairs around us making us feel we were in their way and on going to use the toilets we had to squeeze past the tables and chairs blocking the way. Once arriving in the toilet we found one out of service one with a broken seat and only one of the handbasins serviceable. All in all not a pleasant evening and is off our list as of now and we will be making sure we tell all and sundry.
