"When customer is always wrong". I engaged Craig to install multiple things including new lights on a very high cathedral ceiling. He came in to do the quote to check things, but when arrived to do work, he did not bring ladder tall enough and we had to wait another week and a bit. At that point, we did not make a deal out of it. When he brought the big ladder next time, he discovered that some of our light did not have proper fittings to go on ceilings and suggested returning them to the store. I dared to ask him why he did not check the lights during his quote visit which would give us time to address it before the big ladder came in. He got very offended, stormed off and decided to stop dealing with me as a customer. Very unprofessional.

We feel so fortunate that we engaged Craig to complete both commercial and residential renovations in Moonee Ponds. Craig has been amazing - highly skilled, punctual, hard-working and personable. After the first few quotes, we didn't request any further quotes - he has been so honest in the pricing and has real integrity. We would not hesitate in highly recommending him.

Craig has been fantastic from the moment he provided a quote to the end of the job. Craig has explained everything in detail and highlighted things that I needed to know in a timely manner. He was also extremely understanding in a couple of hiccups we had with respect to other trades delaying his work and didn't penalise me for the delay. I would be happy to recommend Craig to anyone looking for an honest, hard working and trustworthy electrician. Will use again for sure.

I found Craig to be very knowledgable, reliable, and trustworthy. We had work done around our home including spa installation and mains upgrade. He was flexible with availability to fit in with my hectic work schedule and his work is of a high standard. We also recently engaged Craig for a pre-purchase electrical inspection, which was well worth every penny as he picked up issues that could have cost us a lot in the long-run. We would not hesitate to use Craig again and recommend him.

They were supposed to be here between 12 and 1pm today, I'm still waiting. I rang them twice only to get their voice mail and have not had a call back. I took a day off work that I'm not getting paid for to be here.
