Do not use this Real Estate Company, particularly if you are thinking of using their property management facilities. We were tenants for about 18 months and in that time it took 2 months to have the cook top and stove replaced. Two months of using a BBQ to cook on! One month to have the roller door remote replaced. 18 months to have the smoke detectors work but this was only after we intervened and spoke directly to the repair company.
No property inspections? Lots booked in but no shows? We have now been out of the property for a month and still are awaiting our bond refund.
