I recently had the pleasure of booking a return trip from Castle Hill to Sydney International Airport with Corporate Cars as we were travelling to FIJI for a 10 day holiday. From booking on the phone, for the forward journey and the return home when we arrived back in Sydney the drivers made us feel very welcome. (different drivers but both had the same smart uniform) I must say the service we received was outstanding. 5 minutes early for the departure and waiting with our names on an Ipad when we arrived back in Sydney. We will certainly use Corporate Cars again and have no hesitation in recomending Corporate Cars to our friends.
Very poor customer service from the get go. Fill in an online enquiry form, receive a price from Gabriel - request for a formal quote do not hear back from the business. Ring and email nothing. This started in July and until October, after harassing corporate cars Australia did I get a formal quote. Rang them 5 times! After speaking to Craig on the phone, he advised Gabriel had made a mistake on the original quote. I asked for their revised price then. Still had to call myself to get the revised quote. Craig sends the revised quote, on a Friday, calls on Tuesday advising it doesn't include the second stop. Hang on (I requested that on the quote)! I had had enough and booked the job with another company, which were easy to deal with and quoted on what was required. Craig rang me, and after I advised that I had booked the job, Craig was rude to me and says "you get what you pay for and wont get out costumer service" in a rude tone and hangs up the phone. ...read more
