absolutely the worst customer experience I have had in years. I am a third party to a claim that is no fault of my own and this incidence has caused me three months of chasing CFC up to get some action...any action will do....please! Files have gone missing, people do not call me back, people at CFC only seem to work from 3:00pm - 11:00pm, cheques take three weeks to be released. Bad enough being a third party - if I was a fleet manager I would steer clear...
