Evan the owner of this store is rude and prefers not to deal with giant warranty claims..the workshop fitted a directional tyre the wrong way on the front rim and he refused to help with a damaged rear rim as it was a giant warranty claim, I only got my rims returned with tyres attatchec after agreeing to pay for a new set of tyres first he tried to give them back stripped down not the way they went into store, I will never return there again and it wasnt like i had never spent money there i bought a garmin edge 810 a month before and bike went in for tyres until they found issue.
