This guy asked for a weeks notice which we gave, he committed to doing our work, and then cancelled on the morning he was supposed to be here, citing four days of work he had elsewhere. He was emailing in the last couple of days about coming here today, giving no indication of his other work/delays. Incredibly inconvenient, unapologetic, and tried to blame me for not giving him any information while he made no attempt to come and inspect beforehand.
