COS

So disappointed with COS. Discovered their clothes in UK & purchased many pieces including 2 dresses in size 36. My sister send me another summer dress from UK also size 36. Sure enough it is too small & COS refuses to exchange it even though this dress is now on rack as new season stock. Still has tag & is unworn.
Leaves me extremely puzzled and unwilling to shop at COS anymore.

I am newly obsessed with this store and spreading the word. Everything I have bought has been fairly priced, great quality and I have received so many compliments. The designs are modern, minimal and very sleek. Great items for work and play alike. I really like this particular Cos store in Martin Place as it is so large and grand. Great natural light means that you can actually clearly see the gorgeous clothes and the open plan feel is good for wandering around and window shopping.

What's not to love? This Swedish clothing label does clean and contemporary cuts at reasonable prices. I've always made it a point to visit their stores in Europe and Singapore while I'm on holidays, so when I heard they were planning to open in Melbourne and Sydney, I was very excited.

As a more sophisticated, slightly upmarket sister of H&M, COS definitely has a different demographics when it comes to selling its clothing products. The store occupies a very spacious heritaged building at Martin Place that has incredibly high ceiling, creating a premium boutique feel with a touch of modern across the setting.

It only occupies one floor space and, unlike H&M, it has a very large room to move and less product range to peruse. They go by more of a collection rather than everything is available, revolving around the basic colours and the formal-smart-casual endeavour.

The items are slightly better in quality and comes with a higher price tag, although they are still quite affordable (still comparable to Zara). The purchases are also wrapped with thin paper making it feel like you are buying high valued items.

There are not many staffs available but some are friendly whilst others are prompt and courteous.
