Cosette

At the start of this year I purchased a Gucci Marmont from Cosette online store. So, I decided to visit their store located at The Rocks during my stay this weekend in Sydney to check them out closely.

For my total disgust, a couple of ladies who work there didn’t acknowledge my presence at all, completely ignoring me and not even bothering to say hi, good afternoon or whatever, only interacting with each other in French in an empty store.

Perhaps it was a bad decision to visit the store as the online service can cover faults that you can see with naked eye - in this case, your appalling customer service!

All in all, the glamour ends where poor service starts...

I have discovered this beautiful store on 24 Bay Street in double bay and I have to say this is definitely the best place to shop in Sydney. Prices are similar to Paris and not over the top like other retailers.
I purchased a Celine dress and a beautiful pair of Valentino heels. The service is excellent and the French store manager is adorable. I will strongly recommend

dont worry, they sell authentic branded bags!
Firstly im not sure is authentic bags or not cause they sell so cheap, more cheap than in europe. But after talked to the sales assistant and know the reason and search in internet, i'm not scare to buy their products cause get good price and good condition of bag!!
