Absolutely dreadful!!!! Messed up my face. Paid hundreds for absolute pain and now I have a crease in my lip was never there before and frown lines never went.
Hi Katrina, sorry to hear about your dissapointment, we contacted you today and offered a review appointment but you declined. All clients having treatments are advised re:expectations & that they may need additional adjustments after 2 weeks & must call if there is a concern.We can't understand why you've complained 7 weeks later.The products we use mean that problems can very easily be fixed. One thing we can't fix is unrealistic expectations. A $675 treatment cannot give you equivalent results to a $15,000 surgical face lift. All invasive procedures will involve an element of pain. You had your treatment on Dec 6th with our nurse at another salon. We contacted the salon & they informed us that they saw you following your treatment and there was absolutely no problem with your face. I was offered a review which I accepted, but never got called back even after I recalled you. I give up - my complaint has been dealt with as a nuisance instead of an opportunity to offer customer service. I didnt want a face lift, I just wanted botox - my frown line one never worked, and my lip line now has a gash in it that was not there before. After only 7 weeks the lip filler is stopping working. I was told 6 months for the botox and 1 year for the lip filler. I give up - I am going to have the problem addressed in a proper medical environment instead.
