I have found the Cosmetic Refinement clinic experience a very happy one. Both the experience and the staff were nothing but professional caring and happy making the experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend it to anyone and will be returning for further treatments.
I found the Cosmetic Refinement Clinic on the internet (having recently moved to Geelong) and I have to say I was very happy with the result. It was a nice atmosphere, clean, and the staff were very professional and helpful. I will certainly be returning in the future.
I have visited this clinic twice having been recommended it by friends for 'natural rejuvenation.' The experience was all I expected, professional and caring. The results of my fillers injected by the plastic surgeon are just what I wanted making me look refreshed and healthy without looking as if I have had treatment. I am happy to recommend this clinic to anyone considering cosmetic procedures.

Please contact myself ( Clinic Manager), so that I can be briefed on what has caused you to be dissatisfied. I can then address and rectify the situation both for yourself and our other clientele.
I contacted the clinic by email as I like proof of discussions. I was told that they couldn't help me as I was no long a patient of theirs!! The clinic/doctor is legally responsible for any negative results of injury to the patient whether they are still a patient or not. The girl who lasered me over did it and and used the Q- switch every two weeks and my skin didn't heal properly. It did heal when I stopped going there. I can't believe that the woman refused to see me because I was no longer a patient. Luckily I took it upn myself and stopped going. I would have sued you if it didn't heal. Greedy
