The contact name at Cosmo Graphics is Helen. She is very nonchalant over the phone and it seems when you ask her something it is a bother for her to answer you, especially as it pertains to the customer doing business with her. I requested 3 times for a receipt for delivering and installing a dishwasher and specifically requested it NOT to be smsed.
Suffice to say after 2 failed attempts she did sms it??!! Not listening are we Helen!! and I called her back to ask for receipt to be emailed so I can print it for tax purposes and she again gave me a phoney promise that she will do it yesterday but has NOT done so.
