Cosmos Counselling and Psychotherapy Services offers assistance with a wide range of issues. Everyone experiences challenges at some point in their lives. Sometimes we can sort it out alone. At other times it helps to have an empathic ear to listen, support and explore options with us in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment. Counselling can assist you in understanding your own emotional responses and behaviour and managing them for a positive outcome. Different techniques and strategies can be used depending on the type of problem, such as a loss of some kind, family conflict or difficulty dealing with a transitional stage of life. Each situation is unique but that does not mean you have to deal with it alone.

Karen is a qualified counsellor with a Graduate Diploma of Counselling, a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Education. She has more than 20 years' experience in an educational field working with clients from challenging or traumatic backgrounds. She can offer a comfortable and supportive space in which to address your concerns and facilitate positive changes to your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
