Costless Car Rental

my husband and I were staying in Surfer's Paradise, Queensland and looking to hire a car for a few days. we came across costless car rentals, they offered very reasonable rates for renting cars. they told us to return the car by 5 pm on our last day of renting it which fell on a Friday. we went to take it back that Friday at 4.00pm and they were closed with no signs saying why they had closed early. we rang their number numerous times and then proceeded to email them when that failed. we were on a tight budget so we didn't want to end up paying extra.
