It was my daughter's 5th birthday. I ordered the wrong size by mistake. The owner gave me 2 options of returning for a credit and sending a new one or buying another one and returning my current wrong size afterwards; so in effect, buying two for saving time.

I bought another one with the intention of sending the orignal one back after the party. With all the party stress I sent it back about 2 weeks later as I forgot. When I queried the refund after about another 2 weeks, I was rudely informed that my return was too late and as a gesture of 'goodwill' I could have a credit. Wide-range costume choices for babies until adults. Ordering online is easy and quick. Seems to be pretty popular. They ran out of stock in sizes in just a few days. Delivery is not free but the costumes are sent via Express Post which arrives promptly delivered to the front door. An order placed on a business day before 3pm is despatched on the same day. There's a free pick up option for those in NSW.
