Cozywrap has now put 4.1 bats in my ceiling which has meant that my house stayed at constant 25 degrees on 30+ and 36 degree days recently. Saved on airconditioner use. All staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Very professional, prompt and obliging! Thanks so much.
We recently had Cosywrap out to insulate our external walls, from the first time they came out to inspect our home to when the installers did the job they have been easy to deal with. We are already noticing the difference as the temperature is holding for a lot longer now reducing use of the our air conditioner so very happy.
I got a quote for cellolusoe roof insulation with Cosywrap, and before I wanted to commit I did some research about celloluse. I then called the company and they were very rude and did not seem to like my questions. It was like they had something to hide. I think that if they offer a service they should also be able to respond to any questions the customer have, even if the questions might be raising more questions from the buyer. I would highly recommend doing your research before commiting to go with Cosywrap. I am not going to get these guys to do anything at our house!

We received a quote from Graham on the 30th of July, 2014 for some 165sqm approximately of R4.1 Gold Batts to replace existing thin gold batts. Our purchase information states our house is only 140.4smq, but I didn't realise the discrepancy at the time. After a pushy phone call from Peter, we paid our deposit for installation. I put his phone manner down to small business stress. I was advised it would be a 3 week wait, but I had to chase them after they did not call to confirm a day within that period. They turned up, late, about a week and a half later. The men were courteous enough, but did not ask me to inspect their work at the end of the day at 5pm.
