worst shopping experience ever, system error made me pay double of what I should've. Staff wouldn't give me full refund. Asked manager to step in and manager was very rude and we ended up spending half an hour on solving this. Manager said'No apology needed' when she left?! Won't recommend this cotton on store to anyone and will do shopping in other stores instead!
