I offer a comprehensive range of service because every person and every session is different and requires different specialist approaches and strategies. In general all counselling and therapy arises from the one core need, which is lack or loss of love, peace, calmness and connection in your life.

This loss can occur from a wide variety of personal triggers and requires an equally wide variety of strategies and coping methods to resolve and restore love, peace and joy back into your life. When this connection to love and peace is restored it feels like a miracle has occurred, a miracle that you deserve!

Loss of love, peace and interpersonal connection will result in anxiety, nervousness, depression, frustration, anger, loneliness, grief and sadness for sure, and this is just the short list! Likewise the restoration of self-love restores peace, calmness, patience, togetherness, harmony, happiness and joy, so this will be our main focus while keeping in mind your special goals and where you want to be.

My counselling and psychotherapy services in Hobart are available to you as an individual one-to-one, as a couple (marriage and relationship counselling is my specialty), as a family, as a workplace team or as a community or specialist group. I offer everything from personal confidential sessions to community keynote presentations and workshops. I also provide a series of Specialist Healing Workshops and also Counsellor Training and Supervision in Hervey Bay and Online world wide.

A counselling therapeutic engagement can last as long as you like but generally take from one to one and a half hours. If you feel you need more time than this then simply book an extra length session. My standard rate for a counselling consultation can be found on my website.
