Poor Service, emailed this company after looking at some photo's and liking their style, was emailed back and called as i had some questions, was greeted by lady that was quite rude, tried to asked if there is rough cost estimate and was told to "read the brochures as to whats included and what is not???" and asked if there is any homes i can look at which have been completed " was told best to look at a photo???" Was asked as to cost and was told "How long is a piece of string?" i was really trying to get an idea of if this company where able to meet my budget or not and felt like i was annoying them by calling - need a wake up call about customer service!

Absolutely appalling service. extremely slow, took way longer than quoted, didn't even come close to delivering on their promises, bad management, clients are an inconvenience, they don't inform clients as to house progress, probably because 'progress' is so rare - you need to call them to find out what's happening - even then, they don't know what's going on most of the time and you are made to feel like you are bothering them. Sent from pillar to post trying to make kitchen & bathroom choices - they sent me to make my choices & I visited the the showrooms several times attempting to make choices only to be sent away as no budget had been allocated to our project. I was told I would be notified when it was time to make choices. The first 'notification' I received was a rude phone call asking why I hadn't made choices?
