Country Road

Very poor customer service. Went in to exchange a beach towel for another colour and the sales person was not helpful at all; in fact outright unprofessional. What should have been a simple exchange turned into a very dis-satisfying experience. Will be throwing out my 'loyalty card' and shopping elsewhere in future.

Poor service! I went to the shop on 24.07.16 and the stuff were grumpy when I wanted to return clothes I bought online. Not only the lady who served me, made me feel like she didn’t trust I am the actual person who bought the cloths online. She checked my phone number and actually said “Yes, this is you”. Then I haven’t heard ANY “Thank you” or “You’re welcome”. Felt very unwelcome there. So different to other CR shops I have been before but this experience made me feel like I’m never going to shop in CR any more at all.

This Country Road is large and nicely laid out. Very classically fitted-out with stock well displayed so you can shop comfortably without being overwhelmed. The change rooms are quite small but are adequate. Staff tend to be friendly but not over the top. I like the location roughly opposite David Jones.
