I just want to say thank you for your expertise & professional service on the solid timber floor. The jarrah is one of the best quality pre-finished hardwood timber I have seen in Sydney. It shines our new home and everyone love it, I am sure word of mouth will keep you very busy in future.
I recommend that everyone stay far away from this company. We were promised select grade flooring with 10% boards being standard grade. We were given feature grade boards with unsightly black marks all over them. When we contacted the company we were told that they would not come and inspect what had been laid by their workers and that it was our responsibility to stand over their workers and indicate which boards we found acceptable. Next stop is the tribunal. Save yourself the headache and disappointment and stay far far away from country timber flooring.
Friendly staff and seems like a well run company. Did spotted gum flooring for us at a great price and it come up a treat.They are hard workers and nothing is a problem.I would recommend them.Thanks Country Timber Flooring.
