What an experience! Each dish incorporates a variety of textures, techniques and flavours. The waitstaff are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Gorgeous decor and ambiance. I cannot wait to return!

Delicious food, good wine list, but ordinary ambiance combine with slow and forgetful staff makes for a less than desirable evening, given the high prices

Simply put, Courgette is among the best restaurants in Canberra.
Spacious tables with plenty of room between them ensure your dining experience is as private and without interruption as is possible.
It never feels like the friendly and professional staff hover around you, however they are never far away if you need something.
I'm not a professional Gastronomist, but the food is beautiful. The four course meal was simply stunning, with each plate looking like a pressure test on Master Chef.
Not over-priced, and a decent wine list.
I'll be back time and time again for special events or just a quiet night out.

The standard of dining which I received here was great. The staff are all professionals at their jobs and it shows. We were welcomed and left to enjoy our conversation with minimal disturbances as food was delivered and drinks refreshed.
Always the highest standard.

Definitely one of the best fine dining restaurants in Canberra. Wonderful atmosphere suited to a romantic evening for two or a sophisticated gathering with friends. Attentive staff, magnificent food and all the catering awards to match!



You have to try this place at least once! (And like me you'll probably go back several times after)
