It was the absolute worst hairdressing experience I have ever endured and cost a fortune. I had to go to my normal hairdresser, who was on holidays at the time, 2 weeks later to "fix" my hair.

I went in simply for a colour. When I walked in, I was asked what colour I wanted and, without even showing me a colour chart, a colour was made up and applied. I wanted chocolate brown and came home with close to black. I asked the hairdresser about the colours that were used and knew absolutely nothing about them.
