GIO repaired my car through this company. They took over 6 weeks to fix the car. A couple of months later I had further issues with my car door not locking. When I took it back to Cowpers he had the audacity to say I must have damaged the car!!! I requested GIO to independently access the car and they confirmed that it was poor workmanship. Since then I have 2 other repairers fix my car (Ryde Accident Repair Centre – who fixed the doors because they won’t close and Cosgrove smash repairs – Who had to replace the main frame, as Cowpers installed the frame incorrectly not according to the manufacturer, cutting the frame in the wrong spot and covering it up). Both Ryde and Cosgrove repairers commented on the poor workmanship. GIO has now paid three times to have my car fixed. I have been without a car for over 6 weeks because the hire car only covers the first 2 weeks of the issue. So think carefully before choosing Cowpers Smash Repairs !!!!
