very untidy, smashed my plants. pailings have split, theres gaps between pailings, 1 section is 80mm out of plumb, hasnt trimmed the top. wont answer or return my calls, only contact is via txt. not interested in coming out to look or fix. i would highly NOT recommend this fencer. feel sorry for past and future customers.
It is unfortunate that you felt it necessary to slander our business. In response to your claims we pride ourselves on providing a quality, professional and friendly service. As agreed one of your plants was replaced in good faith even though it was within the minimum 1 meter working clearance of the construction as verbally explained of the term 3.(c) 'Insufficient Working Space' within the conditions of your quote provided in writing with your quote. We did visit your property after construction to drop off the plant and to look at the areas of dispute and found no issues with the quality of fence constructed. As in your Conditions provided in writing with your quote at point 15. "All claims must be in writing within 7 days of completion of work's". im not after my money back, just after what myself and the house next door paid for, a fence. very disapointed its come to this. bad work spreads further than a good job. wouldnt hav to post bad comments if they came back when i was home so i could show them the problem areas.
