I had a CPAP unit from these guys, set a direct debit from my savings account (unmonitored AC) and all is well. Then, randomly, I get a visit to my door today, from one of their employees behaving like a loan shark. This is despite no email sent, no letter and this employee was simply irate, swinging accusations of some kind of conspiracy that I deliberately cancelled my phone number to avoid rental on my CPAP machine. This, despite the phone number working fine on my doorstep, when I asked him to call me. I have never known this kind of behaviour, it is really incredible. Buy from somewhere else, this place is all smiles until something happens, then it's intimidation and literally on your doorstep hostility.
When a customer has our equipment and the account details provided only work 3 times from 12 (plus 9 retry's) before we put it on hold to avoid being charged dishonour fees and we can't call your number from our office as it doesn't ring at all (means it has been blocked not cancelled), yes we will come and collect what belongs to us. This was done in a normal manner; no accusations, not irate and I am not an intimidating figure, I just wanted our equipment back and had to collect it from your address. As a small business, nothing is worse than having to chase customers who don't live up to there end of an agreement. Just do the right thing and this wouldn'y happen. Good luck with the machine you have already bought.
