Visited the Chermside branch this morning to have my recently purchased $2000 machine and mask adjusted.
Being Saturday, I happy brought along my 11 year old daughter.
Once we arrived, my daughter needed to use the restroom.
The staff advised that the toilets were not available to the public.
When I said it was for an 11 year old child the staff said no.
I made my disgust known and left without getting my issue resolved.
This is truly disgusting behaviour and treatment of 1. A child and 2. A customer.
I will ensure to leave this feedback on all and every forum I can find online to warn other possible customers.
I have experienced service that I thought no longer existed. On the 1st Dec.2017 at 10pm,I found I had left a connection on my bed in Albany W.A as i was preparing me Rsemed 10 for use. I was in Perth at the time to catch a plane to Brisbane for the commencement of a long planned cruise to New Zealnd. I located the Chermside office and spoke to Gail at 9pm Brisbane time and explained my problem After describing the connectionn, I asked if there was a taxi or courier that could take it to the Windsor International Hotel. Gail said she did rounds and would deliver it. Our plane arrived at 3.30pm I was at the hotel by 4.10 and the parcel was waiting for me. It was the wrong connection, which is understandable as it is hard to describe what is needed over the phone. I rang a taxi and then rang Gail,maybe Gayle, and she told me to bring my mask. I attended the shop on Wednesday 25/10/2017 and purchased a new Resmed Air Mini travel machine and had the info on my 18 month old Fischer and Paykel Icon auto downloaded.
I was assisted by a young lady called Lauren who could not have been more helpful or patient with me. Her knowledge of the equipment was incredible but it was the patient way that she passed on her information to me that was most appreciated. Lauren also explained the information that she downloaded from my Icon and impressed me with the way in which she interpreted the results which were identical to the problems I had been experiencing. Worst service i have ever had, i will not recommend these people to anyone the staff are quick to sell you the product and when you ring through to ask questions they dont ring you back(3times i requested a call back) , they take money out of your account without your knowledge and when you ring to ask why , they refer you to the director who , hello doesnt ring you back.....
They email you with the price of the machine with this price(clearly states in black and white) and when you go to purchase the machine they they give you another price but they have already taken money from your account...CPAP Direct Chermside ,keep my $150 dollars you took from my account without my permission , and i will inform as many people as possible , "NOT TO SHOP with you...iT WILL COST YOU MORE THAN $ 150 in the future....thank you for wasting my time and money...
As Director, I feel i need to set the record straight. The one and only time this customer called me, I was in a meeting and it took me an hour to return his call. During which time, he had posted this review. The misunderstanding was rectified and he realizes now that he was not overcharged at all. This is one of our busiest stores and we make every effort to get back to missed calls and messages in between appointments. We apologize that there are delays at times. In this case the customer was working away and missed our return calls leading up to this event.
