On 31/12/2016, my wife and I visited the Chadstone store twice. Yet, on both occasions, we were ignored or met with sheer disinterest by the shop attendants in an almost deserted store. We were not told about the membership until we had spent over $100 in 2 transactions, a few hours apart *on the same day*. Instead of being flexible and understanding of our predicament since we were disadvantaged by their omission of information in our first visit, the shop attendant was petty and condescending towards us. She gave a half-hearted 'apology' but flatly refused to consider our request for membership without us having to 'spend $100 in one transaction' - so in other words, we have to fork out another $100, this time in 1 transaction to qualify. And all because one of their sales staff failed to inform us beforehand of membership opportunity - had we known, we would have easily spend $100 in our first visit on the day. This is a great shop to get all manner of nice products, including gifts, soaps, perfumes and skincare. Their skincare products are quite good and they have lots of nice promotions and sales and gifts for purchase. Staff is super-friendly and helpful and gift-wrapping saved a lot of last minute stress at Christmas!

I went here on boxing day, and they were so packed. I can imagine the staff being bombarded by customers all day and thought it would of been difficult to get service which wasn't the issue, I got service almost immediately and on top of that, she was very very friendly and helpful considering it was boxing day. She definitely knew her products and helped me with exactly what I was after. She was patient with me too which made me feel like the service was very personalised.
