Craig was recommended to us by a friend and we have found his firm great. They are all friendly and very helpful. They are always happy to answer any questions and are very prompt with all the work they have done for us and are also very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone wanting an accountant on the Gold Coast
Don't not get your tax refund here, because they do not care about customer service! They told me I can take my payment for their service out of my tax return and then say when it was ready that you can't and have to pay upfront.... It also is more expensive then other account's! My advice, go somewhere else.....
Hi CS101, we apologise for any misunderstanding. We have never advertised or said that we will deduct our fees from your refund. Our bank will not allow us to deposit cheques which are made out to the client into our bank account. Accordingly, it has always been our policy that payment be made within 14 days or on collection of your refund as per our invoice terms and conditions. Again I apologise for the misunderstanding.
