TERRIBLE. We had a meeting with Craig to see our raw floor boards and he told us how beautiful they would look. Match the rest of our house and he'd fill in all the gaps and it would be nice and smooth. We moved out for 3 days and got it done straight away.
The job was SHOCKING. HUGE gaps inbetween boards, that we have all gotten splinters from and ripped toe nails out. When I told Craig how unhappy we were he couldn't of cared less. And told us he knew that it wouldn't look good, and that's why he tried talking us out of doing it. What? That's the complete opposite of what happened. We wasted all this money and time moving out for bad looking floors, that we should of just tiled over. So dissatisfied and disappointed. thought I'd leave this reveiw so i can hopefully save someone else the drama.
TERRIBLE Terrible job, unhappy with the finished result. I wish I had of seen this review before using him to do our flooring in our new house.
