Cramer Property

I rented a unit for 18 months and had Cramer as the agents. From the begining to the end I found them to be extremely rude, would ignore most emails and requests and when they did decide to acknowledge you were difficult to work with. I fortunately have the luxury of picking and choosing who I rent with and I would now avoid any place where they are the agent. I certainly would not engage them to manage any property of mine. I've never had an experience like it.

I moved into a flat I was renting through them and it was absolutley fllthy. However because I had my removal men there with me I had to just simply clean it and move in. Not nice having to clean up sticky brown muck off of the blinds / hair and dust out of the kitchen drawers / mould all around the shower / scrub carpets.

After I'd moved in to the flat they then tell me they need the bathroom for 10-12 days to fix something up that they told me initially would take no time at all. I asked them to put me up in a reasonably priced hotel. They refused.
